Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1 week of the placement of the order.  Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm.


Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

JackedIn Power Warranty Policy – One Year Limited Warranty


JackedIn Power is working to deliver the customer a complete charging center solution, but accidents do happen. In the case of a rare manufacturer defect, JackedIn Power gives an industry standard One Year Limited Warranty on all products (excluding charging cables/connectors). JackedIn Power requires customer proof of purchase in order to initiate and warranty claim.
When used properly, our charging centers are built to be interacted with frequently. If a warranty claim is submitted and JackedIn Power finds that the product in question was incorrectly used, overused, abused or used with incorrect equipment, the warranty claim may be denied. Incidental (dropping, smashing, or accidentally breaking) damages to the charging center will also not be covered.
Warranty claims will be investigated to begin with in line with the problem description listed on the Warranty Return Form (WRF) filled out by the customer. If the defect is found to concur with the description on the WRF, the defective product will be repaired or replaced at JackedIn Power’s discretion. If the defect is found to be different than described on the WRF or no defect is found, JackedIn Power will reach out to the customer to resolve the issue. If no defect can be found or recreated the customer will be billed for any shipping costs that were incurred to return the product to JackedIn Power. JackedIn Power reserves the right to decide upon the level of repair/replacement needed.
JackedIn Power will not immediately replace a perceived defective unit. If a replacement charging center is needed immediately, the customer will be required to order a new charging center and a future credit maybe applied to the new unit if found to be an accurate defect. Any repair or replacement will not extend the Limited Warranty beyond the original One Year Limited Warranty. Any shipping costs associated with a warranty return will be the sole responsibility of the customer. JackedIn Power is not responsible for shipping costs.


Exclusions to the One Year Limited Warranty


• Incorrect Product – If the serial number on the defective item does not match the serial number indicated on the WRF.
• All wear items that are overused/abused beyond normal usage (USB cables, dented doors, bent door locks).
• All customized orders are ineligible for warranty return.
• Items found to be damaged through shipping by the customer. Please let JackedIn Power know immediately and keep all items (boxes, bags, papers) associated with the delivery and JackedIn Power will coordinate an investigation by the shipping company into the manner.
• Promotional items that were not purchased from JackedIn Power.
• Any items found to be used in violation with the warnings that were included with the unit (use by water or dropped units).
• Charging centers that were installed or used in a manner other than the intended use instructions in the manual. Use of improper parts or installation tactics will void any warranty.
• Charging centers that have been ruined via graffiti, defacement, or scratches.
• Items returned due to abuse, accidents or improper usage will not be honored under the warranty.
• Incorrect Voltage or wiring will void the One Year Warranty.

30 Day Return Policy

JackedIn Power is bridging the gap between cellphone storage and cellphone charging.  We believe we have a created the best cellphone charging center on the market.  If for whatever reason you do not feel this way within the first 30 days of receiving your JackedIn Power charging center, simply return your device to JackedIn Power for a full refund of your purchase price.  Customized orders will not be eligible for returns.

When returning or exchanging your charging center to JackedIn Power, the returned/exchanged product must be in their original packaging box or crate.  All documentation and materials that were received with your order(s) must also be included when you send the item back.  Any items not received back will result in a cost incursion to the customer equivalent to that items individual value.

JackedIn Power customers returning/exchanging items are responsible for all return shipping costs to JackedIn Power.  No refund will be available for shipping costs.  If returned items are found to be poorly/inappropriately packaged and the charging center has been found to be damaged as a result of this poor packaging, the Money Back Guarantee will not be honored.  Any repairs needed/wanted to return the charging center to operational status will incur additional charges and will be billed to the customer before return of the product can be completed.

Any claims of missing or incomplete parts must be communicated to JackedIn Power within five business days after receiving the charging center.

Exclusions and Limitations

Regardless of whether you place your order online or by telephone with JackedIn Power, you recognize that you have had a chance to review JackedIn Power’s warranty terms, that you have done so to the degree you need to be aware of them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights. Apart from the limited warranty specifically called out above or to the scope constrained or forbidden by applicable law, JackedIn Power expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you explicitly agree that JackedIn Power shall not be legally responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or significant damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any JackedIn Power product. In addition to and without limiting the oversimplification of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any situation, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the JackedIn Power item.

Non-Authorized Warranty Situations

Wear Items such as charging cables or connectors are not included in the warranty. If you purposefully or accidentally inflicted damage to a JackedIn Power charging center (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to operate the charging center in a manner consistant with the instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment), the warranty will be invalid. It doesn’t cover incidental damages. JackedIn Power does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party products. Any items attached to or installed on the charging center will void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Form Process


In the event that you do have a warranty claim to file, please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Fill out the online RMA form completely: 
2. Please include your order number and serial number on the RMA form
3. Look for a confirmation email with specific return details.
4. Please send warranty returns to JackedIn Power – Warranty, 2317 10th Avenue East, Hibbing, MN 55746.
Upon receipt of your charging center, you will receive a confirmation email that will detail the steps to follow. Please allow 2 weeks for warranty review before a course of action is decided upon.
JackedIn Power does not cover return shipping costs.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email sales@jackedinpower.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

Customized orders will not be eligible for returns.
